Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. InBound provides a separate number. Depending on your carrier, you can forward unanswered calls from your existing number to it. Your carrier controls the forwarding setup and may charge for it.
What happens if it doesn’t know an answer?
Your receptionist uses your approved knowledge. If the answer isn’t there, it can acknowledge that, point the caller to the right person and capture a follow-up request.
Does it book appointments?
It can capture callback requests. Calendar connections and team scheduling require additional setup and are not included in this trial.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your subscription continues at C$19.99/month plus applicable tax unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial includes 30 voice minutes, and each paid month includes 30 minutes. Calls pause when the allowance runs out.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in your workspace. Cancelling during the trial prevents the subscription from converting to a paid plan.
